Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns
We hope you’ll love your purchase and never return it. In case you need to make a return, you have 15 days to send the items back counting from the day you received them. All products must not have been used, and returned in a resellable condition with their original packaging intact. Basically, the crafts must be in the same condition in which it was received by you.
Please note that items that are customized, sale items or gift cards are not eligible for return.
Please note that it is our policy that we shall not accept returns on crafts for any reason where the cause is due to the nature of the products, these natural imperfections should not be considered as defects as this is what adds to the beauty and uniqueness of our crafts. To avoid such scenarios, please ensure that you’ve read through our product disclaimers and damages and issues policy, and by purchasing any product you agree to this disclaimer.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return at our QA address, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges
We do not offer Exchanges. Should you wish to receive an exchange product, please initiate a return and place a new online order.
