Shipping & Delivery Estimates
The following delivery timeframe is an estimate of when you'll receive the craft to your shipping address and the timeframe are based on business days.

- Domestic standard shipping: 2-3 business days
- International standard shipping: 5-14 business days
Once your crafts are ready to be delivered, we will keep you informed via email with the tracking information.
Shipping Costs
The costs for shipping is calculated and displayed on the checkout page before you complete your order.
Shipping Taxes & Duties
Unfortunately, we cannot control natural occurrences, customs delays nor that you will be charged any extra fees such as customs taxes and duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination’s country and the customers are responsible for any extra charges.
